Meet Josh

Born and raised in the San Ramon Valley, Josh has spent his entire life immersed in the Tri-Valley community. A Danville native, he grew up playing Mustang soccer and Scorpion lacrosse, and attended San Ramon Valley High School. With parents who split when he was young, he also lived in San Ramon, Dublin, and Pleasanton—giving him firsthand knowledge of each area’s neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle.

Josh’s passion for real estate began early, inspired by his father, a longtime realtor, and his grandfather, a highly skilled real estate investor. Their influence shaped his understanding of the industry long before he ever pursued it professionally.

Josh’s early introduction to business came from working at his family’s gas station company at a young age, where he learned the value of hard work, problem-solving, and how to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

Before entering real estate, he built a strong foundation in tech sales, consistently earning recognition as a top performer for his ability to manage complex sales cycles, navigate high-value negotiations, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
